WINTERCOCKTAILS
This cider is a seasonal favorite of mine. I like to use honeycrisp apple juice for a cloudy look. That combined with fresh oranges and mulling spices make a delicious beverage sure to warm you up in the winter. Add a shot of rum, whisky, or brandy for even more warmth!
I absolutely love Irish Coffee. I’ve tried the Irish Coffees from The Buena Vista Cafe in SF and from The Dead Rabbit in NYC, the two places known best in the US for their Irish Coffees, and I can tell you this recipe is just as good!!
I used the wine from Tejada Vineyard to create this super smoky mulled wine. A touch of sweetness from turbinado sugar and brandy pairs well with the smoky wine and the mulling spices.
This drink is a family favorite for Christmas. The recipe comes from my grandfather, Grandpa Wayne. It’s the perfect holiday treat!
This hot toddy recipe comes from my great grandmother, Grandma Nobu (my namesake!!). A perfect drink to have when feeling under the weather, I add a lot of ginger slices to really aid that healing power! Pour in a shot of Jameson and you’ll be sure to feeling better in no time.
